Well done ladies!

I see the blog is starting to work. I hope you all get over your blogging fears and we soon see lots of posts!

Sorry to have missed you all at Sheku's party. I bet it was a hoot!

I have some exciting news! I was away in Newfoundland and have opened up shop there as well! It will probably take a bit of time to really take off for me but I am excited none the less! I'm going to get to do what I love in the place I love the best even if only once or twice a year!!

Hope to see you all soon!

Membership Dues

I'm a virgin blogger, so please be gentle with me :):).

Membership renewal for 2007 will remain at $15 PLUS a small portion of the annual Liability Insurance premium. I'm creating a brief membership form for completion which will include a Waiver related to the liability coverage. Cheques should be made payable to The Raspberry Tarts. We'll let you know the premium cost when we find out in the next month or so.

Renewal is due by December 31, 2006 so if you're heading south, make sure to renew before you go.

I will have the forms with me at Sheku's on Sunday.

Calling all Tarts!!!

Come and join us for a fun-filled afternoon creating your personal masterpiece......on a wine glass. November's meeting will be held at Queen Mother Sheku's house (27 Bingeman St, Kitchener) on Sunday, November 26, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Glassware, paints, brushes and all other necessities will be supplied. B.Y.O.M. (Bring Your Own Munchies) and B.Y.O.B. (that one should be "old hat"). A supply fee of $10.00 per person will apply. Please Note: As the glass paint does not wash out of clothing, "grubbies" should be worn :)

Please R.S.V.P. to Sheku by Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at 519-749-1830, NOT by email.

Cheers Dears!

Hello Everyone!

Isn't there an event planned for November at Sheku's house? When will it be posted for everyone? I won't be able to make it as I will be away but I'm sure there are others that would be very interested.

See you all soon!

Is anyone interested in getting in shape this year? Hatquarters is actually involved in something that might be of interest to us. Check out the site at www.stepstride.com.

Note that you have to log in to comment about this, but it's not difficult. I put a comment on Pat's posting - just click on the "comments" link to see it. Experiment with using this blog and get to know it. I'll be putting a link to it from our RaspberryTarts.com website soon.
